Light roll-up steel doors
Our wide range of models and accessories makes it possible for us to manufacture doors for industrial, commercial or residential applications.
This range has been designed to complete our catalogue with a lower-priced product and also more appropriate for environments that are less demanding in terms of safety. In spite of this, we have exerted our earnest efforts to obtain a product that is much safer than other products of a similar category in the market.
The range of light roll-up doors is composed by two products: one with a blind louvre and the other with a perforated louvre.
Enclosures with a perforated louvre are basically aimed to shops or environments that need ventilation or visibility without the intrusion of objects, animals or insects. They are manufactured with a galvanised profile that is 0.9 mm thick. Due to their multiple holes, with only internal lighting they are extremely transparent, and they are opaque in case of having only external lighting.
Enclosures with blind louvres are aimed to both residential and commercial environments.
This range of light doors is different from out model of Indusplan robust roll-up steel doors, where louvres are less thick, in this case, between 0.6 and 0.8 mm. The optional internal PVC plastic coating for thermal insulation is not available, either.
It incorporates nylon shoes for better guide sliding without any friction noises or the need to oil them.
The Futurplex blind louvre model is complemented by the FuturplexMini model, where the less thick louvre enables much smaller roll-up diameters, thus increasing safety and improving its appearance.
The finish can be oven- lacquered according to RAL colour chart, galvanised or pre-lacquered, among which finishes like Pyrenees white stand out. In spite of this, we also manufacture it in stainless steel, which if galvanised ensures extra durability in marine environments.
