SECURITY VENETIAN SHUTTER.
THE FIRST ONE VENETIAN DOOR IN THE MARKET. Behind the "typical" wood shutter aesthetic, you find the STEEL SECURITY. We have been the first company, more than 15 years ago, to manufacture and sale this shutter under the name "VENETIAN", and its successful has obliged others manufacturers to use this name. From the first shutter, we have constantly improved technical characteristics in two basic areas:
Physical Resistance and Corrosion Resistance.
Manufactured according to our own design with galvanised steel profiles, shutters offer several advantages: a lower weight maintaining its security and avoiding to have any hanged leaf as well as the possibility to manufacture bigger sizes than others manufacturers (24 Kg/m2 according to Building Technological Rules). Steeled bolts to avoid to be sawed and with springs to avoid to be attacked from outside.
Corrosion
Resistance:
With a basis completely galvanised and with the maximum adjustment between
inserted profiles, these last are internally soldered. Hinges have a stainless
steel central axle, that you do not see but that you can appreciate if
shutters are not often used (after holidays, or for second house). They
are painted with the best and the newest technology: Firstly a "Wash
Primer" treatment specially for galvanised surfaces is applied and
secondly they are paint with epoxy
(polyester) coat and inserted in a furnace at 220ºC. All RAL colours
are available in different versions.
This VENETIAN Shutter is also integrally manufactured in STAINLESS STEEL version.
